The Human Centipede is a 2009 horror film written and directed by Tom Six. The film premiered at the 2009 Melbourne Underground Film Festival and received largely negative reviews from critics.

Dr. Heiter kidnaps Lindsay and Jenny, along with a Japanese tourist named Koji (Akihiro Kitamura), and performs a surgical procedure to connect them mouth-to-anus, creating a human centipede. The three victims are forced to endure this grotesque and inhumane condition, with Dr. Heiter intending to create a centipede of 10 people.

That being said, here's some information about the film:

The story revolves around two American tourists, Lindsay (Ashley C. Williams) and Jenny (Ashlynn Yennie), who are on a trip to Germany. They are kidnapped by a deranged German surgeon, Dr. Heiter (Dieter Laser), who has a twisted obsession with creating a human centipede.
